4th day

hari2 juga napsu makan besar....

breakfes : meehun + telur mata + air neslo 'O'
lunch : cereal fitness + susu



makan cereal ni memang kenyang... sedap plk tuuu... sepatut nye nk makan waktu pagi, tp sebab meehun lebih menggoda, jadi bawak la cereal ni ke lunch time... hehehe..
ade dpt free CD workout tu kan, belom cuba lagi.. urmmm nanti akan cuba utk praktis la dance tu.. heheeh

pukul 4 da laparr.... seperti nye mahu turun beli kuih muih tempatan la.... huwawawawa....
